Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order details carefully before completing the purchase.

  • All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the product or delays in delivery.

Replacement Policy

  • Products that are damaged during transit are eligible for a replacement.
  • Customers must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing info@mtc-agri.com or calling 9000365384.
  • To process a replacement, provide the following details:
    • Order number
    • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage
    • A brief description of the issue
  • Replacements are subject to product availability and will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer within 5-7 business days.

Exclusions

Replacements will not be processed if:
  • The damage occurs due to improper storage after delivery.
  • The customer fails to notify us within the specified time frame.
