At Agri by MTC, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our offerings, we adhere to a strict cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order details carefully before completing the purchase.

No Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the product or delays in delivery.

Replacement Policy

  • Products that are damaged during transit are eligible for a replacement.
  • Customers must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing info@mtc-agri.com or calling 9000365384.
  • To process a replacement, provide the following details:
    • Order number
    • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage
    • A brief description of the issue
  • Replacements are subject to product availability and will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer within 5-7 business days.

Exclusions

Replacements will not be processed if:
  • The damage occurs due to improper storage after delivery.
  • The customer fails to notify us within the specified time frame.
We encourage customers to handle our natural products with care and store them as recommended to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
