3 Sorting & Grading

4 Washing & Cleaning
The selected gherkins are thoroughly washed to remove any dirt or impurities. They undergo a rigorous cleaning process to ensure they are safe and ready for brining.
5 Quality Testing

6 Brining

6 Fermentation

7 Export
