Delivery Time

Tracking Your Order

Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as the recipient being unavailable or incorrect address, our logistics partner may attempt delivery again.
  • If the order is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts, you will need to bear the cost of re-shipping the order.
